Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, promotional sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

- Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Details
Customers can track their orders using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Maushme shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
For this reason:
We Accept Returns Only If:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product is leaking.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
Return Request Timeline
Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear Photos of the Product
- Unboxing Video (Recommended)
- Description of the Issue
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the return request.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened perfumes
- Used fragrances
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders returned without prior approval
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:

- Defective products
- Incorrect products delivered
